Meet Denis, Your Inspector
Denis brings decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial remodeling, renovation, facility management, and handyman services, having worked in the field since the early 2000s. His expertise extends far beyond construction—he has completed over 600 professional home inspections for Hawaii homeowners; each approached with the same attention to detail and care that has defined his career.
Denis’s dedication to service is deeply rooted. He has served as an instructor for at-risk youth at the Hawaii Army National Guard Youth Challenge Academy in Hilo and has worked in various social service roles, reflecting his commitment to helping others and strengthening his community.
Professionally trained through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), InterNACHI, and the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) program, Denis combines technical skill with a personal approach, ensuring clients receive clear, thorough, and trustworthy evaluations.
A lifelong Hawaii resident, Denis enjoys surfing, photography, woodworking, and songwriting. He is also an active member of his local church, staying closely connected to the people and place he calls home.
